Residential Services
C-NTA® provides high-quality residential programs guided by positive behavioral approaches, staffed by compassionate professionals, and housed in thoughtfully designed, comfortable homes.
Behavior Support Services
C-NTA® offers person-centered, high-quality Behavior Support Services for individuals 21 and older with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities or Autism, providing hands-on training and customized Behavior Support Plans to achieve behavior goals.
Community Participation Support Services
C-NTA® offers Community Participation Services (CPS) for adults diagnosed with an Intellectual/Developmental Disability with the goal of maximum inclusion in the community. Our CPS services integrate our individuals into the community by participating in creative activities and doing the things they love within their local area.
Supported Employment Services
C-NTA® offers Supported Employment Services for adults diagnosed with a disability. Our services tailor the individual’s strengths to facilitate learning and carrying out a chosen job. We assist the individual with pursuing their job of choice, help through the application and interview process, and offer on-the-job coaching to help each person build their skills and maintain successful employment.
Supported Living Services
C-NTA® offers Supported Living Services for adults diagnosed with an Intellectual/Developmental Disability. We ensure the individual is safe in the comfort of their own home while also helping them live independently and supporting them in their daily life activities, ensuring they are included within their local community.
Adult Day Program
C-NTA® offers an Adult Day Program to support individuals with disabilities by promoting independence, meaningful community involvement, and a better quality of life. We offer a structured, engaging environment focused on personal growth, social interaction, and life skills. Through personalized activities, we help build real-world skills, strengthen relationships, and open doors to volunteering, employment, and active roles in the community.
