Community-Based Services
Behavior Support Services
Our services are person-centered, responsive, adaptive, effective, and of the very highest quality. C-NTA® offers Behavior Support Services (BSS) for individuals 21 years of age and older with an Intellectual/Developmental Disability or Autism diagnosis to reach their behavior goals. We offer hands-on training to the individual and their support team and create customized Behavior Support Plans.
The program has three main pillars:
Customization
Every client is different, and we make sure we develop a program best suited to each individual’s needs. Assessments, tools, and customized support strategies are all part of what makes our services so effective in quickly correcting behavior problems in adults with I.D.
Direct Support Approach
Our staff meets one with one with the client and provides a centralized experience. We meet with the treatment providers and family to review the BSP plan.
Tool Creation
We develop intervention programs to help individuals follow a routine to change modify behaviors.

Supported Employment Services
C-NTA® provides Supported Employment services in which we help adults with intellectual disabilities with employment in the local community and also acquiring the skills to become productive and valuable employees.
The main goal of supported employment is to assist individuals with disabilities or other barriers to employment in obtaining and maintaining competitive, integrated jobs within their communities. It focuses on:
Independence and Empowerment
Helping individuals achieve independence by providing support tailored to their needs while encouraging them to take ownership of their work.
Community Integration
Ensuring individuals work in regular settings alongside non-disabled peers rather than in segregated environments.
Skill Development
Providing on-the-job training, coaching, and other support to help individuals build skills, confidence, and job readiness.
Sustainability
Establishing long-term strategies to help individuals maintain employment, such as ongoing support and access to resources as needed.
Inclusivity
Promoting diversity in the workplace by helping employers understand the value of hiring individuals with different abilities.
